At Egass each piece is created with dedication and craftsmanship. We want you to fully enjoy your jewelry, so we offer the following return policy:

  1. Defective or damaged items

If the piece arrives defective or damaged during shipment, you can return it free of charge through Correos. Once received and verified, we will offer you:

  • A replacement with an identical piece (if available), or
  • A full refund of your purchase.
  1. Exchanges for personal preference

If the piece does not match your taste or expectations, you may request an exchange, provided that:

  • The piece is in perfect, unworn condition.
  • It is returned in its original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for the return and the new shipment, via Correos, are covered by the customer.
  • The exchange is only for another Egass piece (no refunds for preference-related reasons).
  1. Timeframe

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
